Cameron S. Reuber is a frontline, first-chair litigator with a natural talent for conflict resolution. For more than a quarter century, he has counseled transnational corporate giants, mid-sized domestic companies, and ambitious startups through their most consequential patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes. The first Leason Ellis partner promoted from its associate ranks, Cameron now leads the firm's Litigation Department and manages all of the firm's conflict matters.  When he isn't in the trenches, his practice also involves advising C-suite executives and in-house corporate counsel on how to best maintain effective, disciplined oversight of their outside litigation counsel — protecting both the merits and the budget.

Cameron is licensed to practice in New York and Virginia and before the U.S. Supreme Court, 11 of the 13 Circuit Courts of Appeal — including the Federal Circuit — and more than a dozen U.S. District Courts across the country.  He has been selected as one of the 5% of IP litigators recognized in Super Lawyers every year since 2019.
