Elyse Marcus advises on the selection, clearance, registration, licensing, and enforcement of domestic and international intellectual property portfolios, including counseling clients on copyright and trademark selection, clearance, adoption, use, prosecution, maintenance, management, and enforcement.

Elyse works with clients to develop strategies that address legal and business challenges while strengthening their brands and trademarks in the marketplace. When an amicable resolution is not possible, she represents clients in opposition and cancellation proceedings before the TTAB, as well as in domain name dispute matters.

In addition, Elyse negotiates and drafts complex purchase agreements, product placement agreements, and settlement agreements.
