Leason Ellis secured dismissal of all claims filed against publicly-traded corporation AeroClean Technologies, Inc. (n/k/a Molekule Group, Inc.), an emerging leader in air purification technology solutions, systems for healthcare and commercial smart building applications, and individual consumer protection, in a trademark infringement lawsuit filed by Sterilumen, Inc., the purported owner of the trademark AIROCLEAN, seeking $20 million in damages. In response, the Company filed counterclaims contesting the validity of Sterilumen’s trademark rights and seeking money damages for fraudulent registration thereof. By its Order dated March 13, 2023, the Court ruled the action dismissed with prejudice.
