Marlene is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in law firm administration, talent management, and business operations. For more than 12 years, Marlene has played a pivotal role in the firm's growth and evolution, helping guide expansion, relocation and other strategic initiatives while strengthening the operational foundation that supports exceptional client service. Marlene helps Leason Ellis navigate challenges, capitalize on opportunities, and support its continued success and long-term growth in an ever-changing business environment.
Marlene is a seasoned executive with more than 30 years of experience in law firm administration, talent management, and business operations. Her leadership helps ensure that Leason Ellis delivers responsive, efficient, and high-quality client service while maintaining the infrastructure needed to support the firm's continued success. Known for her collaborative and solutions-oriented approach, Marlene works closely with firm leadership to enhance performance, streamline processes, and align business operations with strategic objectives and our work culture.
Marlene holds a B.B.A. in Human Resources Management from Baruch College, graduating magna cum laude, and holds Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) and Society for Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP®) certifications.
