Leason Ellis represented electroCore, Inc., a medical device company that sells devices to treat migraine and cluster headaches, and the defendant in this lawsuit. Plaintiff Thomas Chadwick sued electroCore, Inc. for copyright infringement based on electroCore’s alleged unauthorized copying, display, and distribution of Chadwick’s copyrighted photographs.
