Overview

Representing the patent owner in a declaratory judgment case involving a design patent for a hanger, the LE team quickly defeated the infringer’s motion for judgment on the pleadings that the design patent was invalid, and then successfully maneuvered the case through limited discovery and motion practice, to an amicable settlement agreement and a Court Ordered dismissal, after a year and a half of litigation, preserving the validity of our client’s design patent.
