Overview
Playing the long game after first attempting to recover a domain name incorporating our client's common law trademark, we guided the client through the registration process and filed a second UDRP asserting the registration as new grounds. The panelist agreed that the registration provided new grounds and held that the disputed domain name had been registered in bad faith, leading to the transfer of the domain name to our client.
