Leason Ellis Secures TTAB Cancellation of Infringing BENDIX Trademark Registrations

Leason Ellis represented Garrett Transportation I Inc. in successful TTAB cancellation proceedings against JMM Lee Properties, LLC, which had improperly registered and attempted to license the BENDIX marks to third?party manufacturers. The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board cancelled all three infringing BENDIX registrations, and JMM Lee ceased its unauthorized use of the marks.
