Leason Ellis Secures Design and Utility Patent Portfolio Covering Motorized Fitness Wheel

Overview

Leason Ellis partner Henry Gabathuler and associate Joshua Montgomery successfully assisted client Zerowheel Inc. in developing a global design and utility patent protection strategy and obtaining numerous patents in the United States and internationally.  Design patents covering various ornamental aspects of Zerowheel's electric motor-assisted fitness wheel have been secured in the United States and multiple foreign jurisdictions.  Utility patents covering the systems and methods for controlling the electric motor of the fitness wheel have also been granted in the United States and are pending internationally.
