Two patent applications on the use of AI technology to distribute solar power were prepare by other firms. They were rejected on §101 (ineligible subject matter) grounds. Two other firms were not able to overcome the rejections. However, Melvin Garner took over the cases and was able to get both cases allowed. US Patents Nos. 12,373,847 and 12,406,270.
