Fourth Circuit Reversal Secured in Copyright Fair Use Appeal

Overview

Tatsuya Adachi served as appellate counsel for a visual artist in a copyright appeal before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit addressing the scope of the fair use defense. The Fourth Circuit reversed the district court’s fair use summary judgment ruling and remanded for further proceedings.
