We are happy to have IP attorney Matthew Kaufman join us at Leason Ellis. Matt joins us from Ostrow Kaufman LLP where he was a founding partner. His practice involves almost all aspects of patent and trademark law, including both domestic and international prosecution, licensing and litigation. It also includes providing due diligence and related counseling with regard to intellectual property aspects of various transactions including asset purchases, mergers and acquisitions, financing, and contractual relationships.
