Marty Schwimmer will moderate a Roundtable for the International Trademark Association at our office in White Plains on Tuesday, January 19th from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. The title of the Roundtable is “Decisions You Need to Know: Key Trademark Cases from 2015.” It will cover key Supreme Court decisions, precedential decisions of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, including oppositions, cancellations, and concurrent use proceedings, and more.
