Overview
On April 11, 2024, Yuval Marcus, Melvin Garner, and Lauren Emerson will be among the speakers at an event of the Association of Corporate Counsel, Westchester-Southern Connecticut, about hot topics in IP law. In the first part of the program, a panel will share tips and tricks for mitigating risks and intellectual property concerns associated with marketing company products and services. In the second half of the presentation, a panel will discuss copyright and patent issues related to artificial intelligence - including whether and when materials generated using AI tools can be protected, as well as the ethical implications of AI.
