Lauren Emerson to Speak at NYIPLA Trademark and Copyright Event

On July 20, 2021, Lauren Emerson will speak at a webinar for the New York Intellectual Property Association on “Legislative Initiatives: CASE Act, SHOP SAFE Act, and INFORM Acts.” Lauren will be joined by fellow panelists James Bikoff, a Partner at Smith, Gambrell & Russell LLP and Barry Werbin, Counsel at Herrick Feinstein LLP.
