More Accolades and Accomplishments for Martin Schwimmer

Managing IP has named Marty Schwimmer to its list of the 50 most influential people in intellectual property law.

Marty is of course known as the publisher of The Trademark Blog, the world's oldest weblog on trademark law. Marty Schwimmer was also quoted in a World Trademark Review article about AB InBev filing for city dialing codes as trademarks: According to Marty, area codes can be suggestive, and not descriptive, for food products (as opposed to communications products).
