Stefanie Garibyan’s practice focuses on complex intellectual property litigation, often involving patents, trademarks, and trade secrets, along with related contract and licensing disputes. Stefanie has trial and federal appellate experience, including her in-depth participation in, and substantive contribution to, the landmark Supreme Court decision in TC Heartland v. Kraft. She also has successful inter partes review experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board. Her practice spans various industries and has involved biopharmaceutical, consumer, automobile, software, and chemical technologies and brands.

Since 2021, Stefanie has been recognized by Best Lawyers on their list of “Ones to Watch,” including most recently in the 2025 Edition. Stefanie received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Michigan Law School, and her B.S. in Bioengineering from SUNY Binghamton.
