Connecticut District Court Hears Audrey Trace Argue for Defendant in Mock Patent Case

Associate Audrey E. Trace will participate in mock oral arguments today before the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut at the New Haven Federal Courthouse. Hosted by the Judge Arterton Inn of Court, the program will feature opening and closing arguments in matter of The Gillette Company v. Energizer Holdings, Inc., et al., No. 03–11514–PBS, involving a patent infringement dispute.
