Yuval Marcus to Host INTA Roundtable on Enforcement and Anti-Counterfeiting
On July 25, 2023, Yuval Marcus will host a lunchtime roundtable at our White Plains office on trademark enforcement and anti-counterfeiting as part of the 2023 North America Roundtable program sponsored by the International Trademark Association. The topics addressed during the roundtable discussion will include evidence gathering, best practices for online trademark infringements, trademark audit programs, recordation with U.S. Customs and Border Protection, and settlement and co-existence agreements.
