Tommas Balducci works closely with brand owners addressing trademark, copyright, and domain name matters. Tom’s diverse experience includes U.S. and global trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement, as well as trademark oppositions and cancellations in the TTAB, domain name and copyright disputes, as well as intellectual property litigation and transactions. He has worked with businesses of all sizes and is well-acquainted with the issues faced by clients across industries, including software and technology, data, media and entertainment, home goods, travel and hospitality, social media, fashion, health, pharmaceuticals, and fitness.

Tom’s practice has always focused on domestic and international trademarks and related IP matters. Tom enjoys his work guiding clients through the seemingly abstract and often complex legal landscape of trademarks, copyrights, and domain names. Understanding that unique challenges require unique solutions, Tom takes a goal-oriented approach in managing his clients’ IP portfolios, while being mindful of business concerns and marketplace realities. Before joining Leason Ellis, Tom was an associate at leading international IP boutiques and at an AM Law 100 international firm.
