Anthony Natoli is an associate at Leason Ellis, having many years of experience practicing intellectual property law, including patent and trademark matters for a wide variety of clients. He has served clients that range in size from Fortune 100 companies to mid-sized companies, startups, and individual inventors. He handles a broad spectrum of technologies including software, Internet-based inventions, business methods, electronics, semiconductors, smartphones, medical imaging systems including MRI, optical systems, and surgical devices. Anthony has also managed patent portfolios and prosecuted the issuance of hundreds of patent applications throughout the world. He has interviewed numerous patent examiners, and also has significant experience in prosecuting ex parte reexamination proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Anthony enjoys learning about science and technology and uses his knowledge, experience, and imagination to maximize the protection that clients can obtain for their inventions. Working directly with inventors, engineers, and developers, Anthony improves and expands upon their ideas for better and broader intellectual property protection. His undergraduate education is from the State University of New York at Buffalo, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering. He obtained his law degree from the University at Buffalo School of Law.
