MELVIN GARNER TO SPEAK FOR PLI ON PATENT ISSUES

Mel Garner is speaking on a panel titled “Designing, Creating and Pruning an IP Portfolio” at PLI’s IP Issues in Business Transactions 2014 program in New York City on January 13, 2014.
