Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc., 10-55840, decided by the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit on March 8, 2011. In the article, titled "Court Lifts Ban On Search Marketer Using Rival's Trademark," Marty stated that "[t]his case makes it harder for trademark owners to stop a neutral keyword ad."
