Marty Schwimmer is moderating a Roundtable for the International Trademark Association titled "gTLDs: Status, Process and How is it Working?" at our office on Wednesday, April 4, 2012. Topics covered will include current gTLDs and anticipated changes, the application/registration process, who should be involved in the decision making process, trademark challenges in enforcement, infringement and counterfeiting, registering brands as second level domain names in the new gTLDs, watch notices, and the uniform Rapid Suspension System.
