Marty Schwimmer will be a panelist this week at the Fordham IP Conference on "EC and US Initial Interest Confusion." He will also be speaking on "Notice and Takedown for Trademarks: the time has come for measures to combat deceptive trademark use online." Over 500 people will be attending the conference this Thursday and Friday, April 28-29, 2011.
