Marty Schwimmer was quoted in an article in MediaPostNews' Online Media Daily titled "Groupon Sued for False Advertising on Google." According to the article, a San Francisco tour company has sued Groupon for allegedly running misleading pay-per-click ads on Google, which purportedly increases the price of search ads. The article quotes Marty as stating that that the touring company's argument -- that allegedly false advertising drove up its keyword costs -- appears to be a first.
