October 15, 2019MARTIN SCHWIMMER QUOTED IN WORLD TRADEMARK REVIEW

The Autumn 2019 edition of World Trademark Review features some great quotes from Marty Schwimmer in an article about law firm branding and marketing. Marty astutely noted the following: “One of the challenges is that our language has to be restrained compared to that of selling soap.” He explained “[w]e are restricted by professional responsibility and a lot of our achievements are subjective. There are certain claims I’d like to make in advertising that I can’t.” When it comes to the value of being listed in the WTR 1000, Marty cheekily added with a laugh that “[w]e find the WTR 1000 useful because you guys have printed some nice things about me over the years that I didn’t say but have a ring of accuracy to them.”
