Jordan Garner was a featured panelist in a New York State Bar Association webinar today titled “Passing The Torch: Building Sustainable Firms With Age Inclusive Succession Planning. The webinar addressed the keys to achieving sustainable firms - age inclusive succession planning, knowledge transfer, and role shifts. This was the third of three NYSBA presentations to tackle generational issues at law firms with the first being "Retaining Clients Across Generations" and the second being "Embracing GENgagement to Win the DEI Challenge."
