SUSIE CHENG SPOKE AT US-CHINA FORUM AT YALE

Dr. Susie Cheng, Partner at Leason Ellis LLP and Chair of the China Patent Practice Group, gave a speech on how patents can help grow research and business at the 21st annual meeting of Chinese Association for Science and Technology’s (“CAST-USA”) on Oct 6 at Luce Hall of Yale University. Dr. Cheng participated in a panel discussion on the topic of China and the United States collaboration and opportunities in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical fields. CAST-USA is a Chinese government-run organization linking Chinese overseas communities. Among the attendees were Chinese government officials, directors and executives of companies, tech transfer directors from Universities and hospitals, doctors, professors, scientists and engineers.
