ROBERT ISACKSON SPEAKS ON PATENT ISSUES FOR IPO

On February 13th, Rob Isackson served as a panelist in an live webinar of the Intellectual Property Owners Association titled “Technology Transactions after Helsinn.”  The panel provided insights on the Supreme Court’s recent decision in Helsinn v. Teva, and recent Federal Circuit decisions, such as Barry v. Medtronic and Medicines Company v.
