Kevin Wallace, associate at Leason Ellis, collaborates with clients to develop, expand, and defend their trademark rights and copyrights in the United States and around the world.  Kevin advises clients in the fashion, technology, digital media, and publishing industries which include start-ups creating and developing their brands and Fortune 500 companies with rights spanning the globe.  From managing trademark portfolios to litigating intellectual property disputes in federal court, Kevin’s practice covers all aspects of intellectual property law.

Kevin enjoys working side-by-side with clients to leverage their IP rights to achieve their business goals.  The area of intellectual property law routinely involves the cross-section of new and developing technologies, which creates unique legal questions.  Kevin’s proactive and practical approach to answering these questions helps clients implement novel legal advice into their business decision making.

Prior to joining Leason Ellis, since graduating law school in 2014, Kevin practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm in Manhattan.  At St. John’s, Kevin was the Editor-in-Chief of the St. John’s Law Review and Journal of Catholic Legal Studies.  During law school, he also interned for the Honorable Joanna Seybert, U.S. District Judge for the Eastern District of New York (Central Islip).
