Peter S. Sloane to Lecture on Trademark Licensing Issues at NYU

Peter Sloane will be speaking at the Preston Robert Tisch Center at New York University on March 3, 2008 at a seminar on Sports, Entertainment Fashion and Corporate Brand Licensing. The seminar provides an in-depth understanding of the legal aspects and challenges associated with producing events and entertainment venues and the growing importance of licensing and merchandising. Among the topics to be addressed by Mr. Sloane are the structure of license royalty agreements, the importance of trademark and copyright law as it relates to licensing, and steps to prevent counterfeiting.
