Melvin Garner to Speak for PLI on Licensing

Practicing Law Institute’s program on Advanced Licensing Agreements returns for 2023 next month with Mel Garner as a faculty member. Mel will be speaking in a session on February 28th addressing technology license agreements. The panel will consist of a walkthrough of key technology license provisions. After completing the session, participants will be able to avoid common pitfalls, address confidentiality and trade secret issues, understand exclusivity, determine restricted fields of use, understand specifications, and analyze warranties and indemnification.
