MEL GARNER TO SPEAK ON IP LAW FOR PRACTICING FOR INSTITUTE IN NYC

Melvin Garner will be a panelist at the “IP Issues in Business Transactions 2016” seminar for PLI in New York City on January 9, 2016.  Mel will speak at a session titled “New IP Issues Impacting Business Transactions: Copyrights, Trademarks, Domain Names, Patents and Trade Secrets.”  The program will address recent developments and their impact on transactions involving copyrights, trademarks, patents, and trade secrets, and adapting IP transactions to evolving business and technological landscapes.  Please see the full schedule at
