LEASON ELLIS RANKS HIGH IN DESIGN PATENT SURVEY

We punched above our weight on the 2016 Design Patent Toteboard of the Ant-Like Persistence blog:

https://blog.oppedahl.com/?page_id=1962. Having obtained 54 design patents last year, we were ranked number 37.  This placed us above many larger and older well-known firms and IP practices.  Overall, the number of design patents granted by the USPTO increased 11% over the prior year.
