Martin Schwimmer to Speak on Issues of Intermediaries and Rights Holders

Marty Schwimmer will be speaking at the University of San Francisco School of Law McCarthy Institute and Microsoft Corporation Symposium, titled “Trademark Law and Its Challenges,” hosted by Time Warner Inc. at the Time Warner Center in New York City on February 9, 2012. The symposium will bring together brand owners, trademark attorneys, and public policymakers to face off on today’s most pressing issues in trademark law. Marty will be on a panel addressing the role and responsibilities of intermediaries and rights holders.
