MELVIN AND JORDAN GARNER SPEAK IN ASIA ON US IP LAW

Mel and Jordan Garner recently spoke at different events on their trip through Asia.  On December 7th, Mel gave a speech in Hangzhou, China, during an IP forum sponsored by a number of groups including the Intellectual Property Agency of Hangzhou.  The speech was titled “Enforcement of, and Defense against IP Rights in U.S. E-Commerce.”  The next day, Jordan lectured at the Hong Kong Science and Technology Park, an incubator for start-ups funded by the Hong Kong government, in a seminar titled “Evaluating Intellectual Property when Seeking or Funding Investments.”
