Marty Schwimmer to Speak on “Hot Topics” for NYIPLA on July 20th

Save the date for the New York Intellectual Property Associations's annual “Hot Topics” program, which will feature our own Marty Schwimmer speaking on the “Notable Trademark & Copyright Cases” panel. This is part of a half day panel from 12 pm to 6 pm on July 20, 2023. The program features other excellent speakers including Vinnie Brown of Naughty by Nature on a celebrity branding panel, and Judge Kuhlke from the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board with an update from the Board.
