Cameron is a frontline, first-chair litigator with a talent for resolving conflict. He counsels transnational corporate giants, mid-sized domestics, and the occasional spitfire startup on all manner of patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret disputes. Cameron has led litigation teams to victory over pharmaceuticals, medical devices, specialty chemicals, luxury brands, textiles, electronics, music, media, and software, prevailing at every phase of civil litigation, including numerous pre-discovery dismissals, summary judgment, (bench and jury) trials, and appeals. He is known for rescuing troubled, over-budget, or otherwise stymied cases whose results have failed to live up to their merits, but thrives on the challenge of devising tactical, practical, and cost-effective litigation strategies for each new dispute. When not in the trenches, Cameron can often be found counseling C-suite executives and in-house counsel on achieving and maintaining effective tactical oversight over outside litigation counsel.

After 20+ years of practice, Cameron’s peers recognize his masterful storytelling, penchant for pithy parentheticals, and unhealthy command of civil procedure. Fiercely utilitarian and iconoclastic, his candor and pragmatism are loved and loathed by all in equal measure. Ever the wellspring of unconventional solutions, clients and colleagues alike look to him, in the courtroom and on the chessboard, to always be (at least) one move ahead of everyone else. Cameron obtained his J.D. from George Mason University School of Law and his B.A. from Virginia Wesleyan College.
