Celebrating 15 years of recognizing some of the county’s top business leaders, the Business Council of Westchester has just announced the winners of its 2017 Hall of Fame Awards and Leason Ellis was awarded in the category of small business success! The winners will be honored at the 2017 Business Hall of Fame Awards Dinner on Tuesday, April 25th at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle.
