Driving: To plan your route, select “View larger map” (below) to take you to Google Maps, then select “Directions.”

Visitor parking is available at 25 North Lexington Avenue. The entrance for the Propark parking garage is located on Ferris Avenue – accessible from the far right lane of Ferris between Hamilton Avenue and New Street – opposite the MetroNorth Station and before the TransCenter.  Enter “3 Ferris Avenue” into Google Maps to navigate to the Propark parking garage entrance on Ferris Avenue.  Stay in the far right lane to access the Propark parking garage.  

When pulling into the garage, drive straight ahead and down. At the bottom of the ramp, make a right turn to use the Propark ticket machine. Pull a ticket and pass through the gate.  Follow the “Gateway One Office Tenants” signs, drive down to Level B3, and park at any non-reserved parking spot. Take the elevator or stairs to access the street level and the pathway to One North Lexington Avenue.
