Lauren Emerson joined Leason Ellis in 2017 as Counsel. Lauren’s practice focuses primarily on issues related to copyright, trademark, trade dress, and unfair competition. She counsels clients in industries that include apparel, jewelry, software, architecture, payment technology, automotive technology, toys, sporting goods, pharmaceuticals, publishing, electronics, food and beverage, and consumer products.
Jordan Garner joined Leason Ellis in 2010 as an Associate. His practice includes patent prosecution and litigation services in fields as diverse as consumer products, industrial refinery processes, textile technologies, pharmaceuticals, telecommunications, electro-mechanic devices, and genetic engineering.
