郑素韵博士是利晟易联（Leason Ellis）的合伙人，也是制药/生物技术组的成员。 她还主管公司中国实务组的工作。 郑博士专注于方方面面的美国和全球战略性专利购买、授权以及知识产权货币化事务。 其服务包括：对专利组合和产品进行尽职调查，以及参与法律诉讼，以寻找投资和购买的机会。 她还提供发明调查、自由实施、侵权和可专利性方面的意见。 此外，她还就各类协议、知识产权纠纷和诉讼事务，提供相关的咨询服务。 其客户的经营活动所涉科技领域众多，包括：生物制品、制药、酶替代治疗、低温保存、大麻、生物燃料、化妆品、医疗设备、小分子、纳米技术、医疗保健人工智能算法，以及生物特征认证。 这些客户包括学术机构、初创企业和跨国公司。
