Mel will be discussing patent licensing malpractice claims in the context of Metamorfyx, LLC et al v. Vanek, Vickers and Mansini et al. The Joint Patent Practice Seminar is an annual, one-day seminar featuring knowledgeable speakers (including judges, government officials, and experienced attorneys) who discuss recent cases, legislation, and regulations involving patent law and practice in a comprehensive and concise format, and publishes a book containing written material prepared by the seminar speakers.
