Elizabeth M. Barnhard and Dr. Susie S. Cheng Join the Firm

We are proud to announce that Elizabeth M. Barnhard and Susie S. Cheng, Ph.D., two highly experienced attorneys, have joined our Pharma/Biotech Practice Group. Dr. Cheng joins as Partner with an emphasis on advising clients on the development and protection of worldwide patent portfolios, involving technologies including biologics (e.g., vaccines, antisense, proteins, antibodies, stem cells, growth factors), pharmaceuticals, enzyme replacement therapies, molecular diagnostics, medical devices, drug screening, small molecules cosmetic products and personal health products. Ms.Barnhard joins as Chair of the Pharma/Biotech Practice Group and Of Counsel with an emphasis on helping her clients develop comprehensive intellectual property portfolios that address their business needs and manage business issues and risks, and representing her clients in all phases of litigation involving patent, trademark, copyright and unfair competition.
