In response to a copyright infringement lawsuit filed by the infamous Richard Liebowitz in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey against Nourison Industries, a leading floor covering manufacturer, and retailers Bed Bath & Beyond, Home Depot, Kohl’s and Walmart, Leason Ellis moved to dismiss the Complaint. Chief Judge Wolfson granted our motion and the case was dismissed with prejudice.
