Cameron Reuber engineered a successful first-chair defense of two multinational mass merchandising clients at trial before Chief Judge Garrett Brown. After a three-week jury trial, clients Kmart Corporation and Sears Holdings Corporation were absolved of all liability in the patent infringement matter. Mr. Reuber further briefed and argued a successful motion for all attorney fees and costs associated with the clients' defense.
