David Leason was quoted in Hedge Fund Alert about a patent infringement suit filed by firm client Mount Lucas Management against Alpha Financial Technologies. In the complaint filed in federal court in New York, Mount Lucas has accused Alpha Financial of using Mount Lucas' patented technology in the ATF Diversified Trends Indicator index.
