Martin Schwimmer to Speak about SOPA for CIPLA

Martin Schwimmer is speaking on "Fighting Online Counterfeiting: Pros and Cons of SOPA Legislation" for the Connecticut Intellectual Property Law Association on Wednesday, January 25, 2012. The event will be held at The Graduate Club in New Haven. Marty will discuss recent court actions regarding infringement by non-U.S. entities and the controversial Stop Online Piracy Act (SOPA) draft legislation.
