On Thursday, January 27, 2011, Karin Segall will moderate a Roundtable for the International Trademark Association on trademark law in the fashion and apparel industries at our office in White Plains. At the Roundtable, participants will discuss the importance of trademark law in the fashion industry, and in the apparel industry in general, and how it can most effectively be used to protect a brand owner’s rights.
